10am SLIDE INTERVAL/STRENGTH- A cardio lateral workout, inner/ outer thigh work, alternating with upper body strength training and mat Pilates abdominal work.
11am FOAM ROLLER & STRETCH/ MINDBODY MEDITATION- Foam roller skills and stretches class ends with a mind-body meditation for greater connectivity.
12am RESTORATIVE YOGA- Time to balance mind and body! Take a midday break and gain greater flexibility through a series of yoga flows.
